REVIEW: B-minus - once Marge didn't recognize Homer, the episode just
        became a complete downer, and the "hey, Marge remembers who
        Homer is, now throw in a snap joke and roll the credits"
        ending didn't help matters.

GOOFS / FREEZE FRAME / WHATNOT Sal Bando and Gene Tenace were, in fact, members of the Oakland Athletics, known at the time as "the Swingin' A's", which won the 1972, 1973, and 1974 World Series; Bando was the team captain, and Tenace is probably best known for being the first player ever to hit home runs in both of his first two World Series times at bat. The two most famous players from those teams are probably Reggie Jackson and Vida Blue. Owned by Charles O. Finley, the team was known for its three uniform styles (including green, gold, and white tops) and the players wearing mustaches.

The box of steaks couldn't have fit all of the stakes Homer had as well as the dry ice that kept them cold and the styrofoam box they are kept in.

And what would 740 be now? There is nothing between it, also not right in the middle behind or for the houses.

Only thing I can think about is that 740 is on the other side of the road, I know from streets in my hometown where a part is all even numbers and an other part is all odd. But that still goes 1-3-5 and 2-4-6, etcetera. On the other side of the road they just continue counting where they stayed, so if side 'x' of this street ended with 15, it would go on on side 'y' with 17.

Yeah, I know it's a pretty complicated way to explain something that's probably just a fault. Or are the writers/animators testing us ;)
