Kissing the Blarney Stone requires a person to lean backwards on the parapet’s edge. Hence, there’s no way Bart can trick people into disguising his ass as the Blarney Stone.

Actually "Coleen" in the show - not sure why.

I'd argue this point if the show didn't establish people actually kissing it without leaning back; otherwise, Bart could have just made them assume his butt was it by the sheer existence of an object there.
