Spoiler Space is important, but I also think it should be common sense to not look at the newsgroup after 8:00 PM Eastern time, until after you've seen that night's episode. So for me, I live in California...so I just know that once it's 5:00 PM on Sunday here, I don't look at the newsgroup until 8:31 PM. Or if I pay attention to the thread titles and don't read any new ones...
