When bart is nailed to the wall with the knife, sometimes his shirt is up and sometimes its down.

The episode started good, but like the latest Star Trek movie (Nemesis), it just fell apart for me.

I noticed this too.. sometimes i think they do that just do drive ppl like us nutty! lol I fully expect to see a Itchy and Scratchy cartoon with this exact same scenerio with Bart and Lisa or whomever discussing how annoying that is now lololololol

This reminded me of the Prohibition episode when Homer is trying to elude Rex Banner in the grave yard. In the close up through the windshield of Bart and Homer, you can see the tomb stones and debris that were flying up and over the car, and getting "smaller" with distance, showing right through Bart!

Also, when Bart is playing "Bible Blaster" with Rod and Tod, right after he says "we are a team!", it looks like they are rapidly flashing an extra finger on Bart's hand, when they are showing him press the control pad.

There have been a couple occasions when an moving object "phases through" a stationary one, such as part tof a car moving through a person's leg without "contacting" that person.

In the episode where Homer protests the Springfield Isotopes moving to Albequrqe(sp?), and the scene where Marge says to Homer "You are eating a sausage right now", and Homer replies "So, I can quit!", a pocket appears and disappears on Homer's shirt.

I'm sure I've seen more.
