Hey, if everyone is obsessed in detail, I know this from my DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) teacher, in Massachusetts, and most likely in Florida as well, it is illegal for kids 12 and younger to be handcuffed with both hands.

Well, in Massachusetts, anyway, it's illegal. In Texas, most likely, you could handcuff with both hands a baby still in womb (no offense, but anything goes in Texas ["Oops, we just killed an innocent man." "Let's get lunch?" "Yeah, alright."] ).
