It's an intersting project. The survey seems to be more concerned with accents and dialects rather than grammar and slang, which is what it seems like it would be about. He lists every accent and dialect that I can think of and then calls them all non-standard and asks you to rate the acceptability of each one. He goes into detail about specific features of some of these. It seems more like a survey to measure the biases of people of one culture or region to the speech patterns of those of another.
The last half of the survey is not bad, discussing slang, profanity and other types of speech where his defining line between standard and non-standard seems clear and reasonable. And at the end there is an area to express your feelings about the questions and survey.
I just thought I would share in case anyone was considering helping the guy out, but wasn't sure if it was worth the time.
