A couple of weeks ago, my ATM card got eaten by one of my bank's machines (and not the ATM either -- one of the "get your account information" machines). I think that bank machines should be properly equipped for such an occurrence by playing a tape of Nelson saying "ha ha" when the machine eats your card. You know that's what the machine is thinking. . .
