oddly enough, the guide on my tv says that the seasons opener happens tomorrow... im not surprised, the damn thing is a plethora of misinformation.

just to confirm, it is on the 11th correct?

I think that is correct. Halloween episode on Sunday, then the premiere on the 6th. (Or is it the 7th?)

Nope, repeat episode on Sunday (actually I think there are three repeats), then Hallowen on the 6th, then the premiere next Sunday.

All reruns on Sunday (actually just one probably because of baseball). Halloween on the 6th, premiere on the 11th. This information is posted every saturday people.

Tomorrow, according to the Fox Website and SNPP, is three back-to-back repeats from S12--Simpsons Tall Tales, THOH 11, and Trilogy of Error--but because the Diamondbacks won, two of those will be pre-empted (hopefully the last two so I don't have to worry about a conflict between the Simpsons and Uprising.)

Then, on Tues., we have THOH 12, which isn't the official opener. Finally, the following Sunday is "The Parent Rap," the official opener.

Yes, it is on the 11th. I think it was originally going to be on the 4th. Some of those cable program guides don't get updated very often, but at least it being incorrect kind of makes sense.

There will be no episode tomorrow. The Yankees got spanked 15-2(woo-hoo!) so World Series game 7 will air. A new Simpsons episode, "THOH XII"(CABF19) will air Tuesday the 6th...but the OFFICIAL season premiere, "The Parent Rap"(CABF22)airs on the 11th
