the scene: Homer and some standing and talking, Bart maybe there too and someone throw a porn magazine in the trash and Homer picks it up and say something like this "There is nothing wrong with a little HEY HEY"
Which episode and what was the actual phrase or conversation? I think this might be a fairly new episode from the last couple of seasons.

Indeed - SNPP was down for a short while. Kinda annoying, as I lost track on the episode I was watching (they had just started the second episode - The Curse of the Flying Hellfish).
