Is that a song?

I think it's the episode where spinal tap plays Springfield, while Bart & Millhouse are in the concert, we see a quick overhead shot of Homer sitting in the car singing " Hitler is a jerk, Mussolini stinks" (i think...) Is that from a song or was Homer making up his own?

It goes to the tune of whistle while you work, I always heard this version though

Whistle while you work Hitler is a jerk He's gone barmy So's his army whistle while you work (not sure on this last line)

It's from the curfew episode when Homer is waiting for the family in the car, not wanting to watch the rest of the Isotope's game.

At the Spinal Tap concert, he's singing "there was a little Spanish fleet."
