Where did Homer knock over the flat screen tv?

On the commercial for Pranksta Rap, they show Homer seeing Bart rapping on a big flat-screen TV, subsequently knocking it over and having guns pointed at him. Yet I don't remember seeing that scene in the episode.

Did I miss it?

Yes. He knocked it over in Al Catraaz's TV room. Which also happened to contain a sneaker collection that would make Imelda Marcos green with envy.
