Scenes cut from R2 dvds?

Watching "Stark Raving Dad" on DVD for the first time recently, I expected to see the George Bush TV sequence. I didn't. After doing some research, I found out that the clip aired before the title sequence of the episode when it premiered in the US. Is this clip featured on the R1 DVD? Does it air when 7F24 is in syndication over there in the US? I can't say it has *ever* been aired in the UK, besides on that Meet the Simpsons documentary that kicked off OFF's debut to UK terrestrial television eight years ago.

It has only ever aired that one time, never in repeats. The good news is, it's shown on the S4 DVD.

It is in the extras of S4 DVD at least.

Excellent. I'm rather anal about completeness.

Now I know why it wasn't aired in the UK, either. Not part of the episode, and also a gag that was topical over ten years ago in a different country.
