Whaddya bet KTTV in Hell Lay shows Deep Space Homer on 7/20?

Our local Simpsons-showing affiliate, KTTV, shows "topical" Simpsons reruns that fit various holidays and/or current events, exempli gratia: Apu's brood during the Octomom fad; the Movementarians when Nancy Cartwright did the Bart ad for Sc----ology; the tennis episode during Wimbledon; Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, April Fools Day, Halloween, et cetera. Tomorrow is the 40th anniversary of the moon landing, which would seem to demand an airing of Deep Space Homer. Whaddya wanna bet? A free Duff on tap? A bottomless Squishy? An Out of This World Moon Waffle, which would be exceptionally apt?

Well, it didn't happen. So we didn't get to see the NASSAU (sic) officials watching "Married With Children", or get to see the same officials listen to Homer flush the toilet over the phone.

Homer calls NASA "NASSAU", and later in the episode, Brockman refers to it as "NASSAU" on the air. And while everyone is watching the re- entry on TV Abe says, "Aw, of course he'll make it. It's TV."
