The Futon Critic (www.thefutoncritic.com) reports that the last five unaired episodes will air on July 13, 20, 27, August 3 and 10. The Futurama time slot is marked "To Be Announced" after that, but I expect reruns of "Oliver Beene" to air after August 10 (that is, when NFL football does not pre-empt it beginning August 31), as that show takes over the time slot when the 2003-04 season begins. The five remaining episodes (note this is NOT necessarily the order in which they will be shown, although the last one will almost certainly air August 10), with descriptions "borrowed" from The Leela Zone: Bender Should Not Be Allowed On Television (Bender gets a job on "All My Circuits") Obsoletely Fabulous (Bender gets an upgrade) Bend Her (Bender becomes a fembot) Spanish Fry (Fry's nose is stolen) The Devil's Hands are Idol Playthings (Fry makes a deal with the Robot Devil to get closer to Leela)

SIMPSONS-RELATED HONORS (er, HONOURS): Sting (who voiced himself in "Radio Bart", which should be in the Season 3 DVDs) received a CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in the recent "Queen's Birthday Honours" list

DVD NEWS, PART 2: The Simpsons Third Season DVD set is scheduled for an August 26 release (the week before the Treehouse of Horror DVD)

That's odd...tonight (about 11:30) my local Fox station ran a promo for some Futurama episode (I haven't seen 4ACV09 yet - damn that 7:00 black hole of sports-uber-alles!, but the snippet was of the Professor telling Leela she couldn't do something, saying she'd only end up going to the mall...or something...is that from this?), yet I'm in the east - I guess someone forgot to tell the night manager at WTXF not to get the viewers' hopes up...

No, they can show The Lost World, The Matrix, Speed, X-Men, The Phantom Menace and maybe a few others.
