The song that plays in the background as Homer and Bart are walking along it beach is "Brazil" by Ary Barroso, which was the most popular Brazilian song until the Soul Bossa Nova came along. It was featured in the 1942 Disney movie "The Three Caballeros", as well as Terry Gilliam's 1985 movie "Brazil" and the 1944 movie of the same name.
