Simpsons in Utah?

I know it's a bit of a conspiracy theory, but if you look at "Simpson and Delilah", there's a bit on the Dimoxinil advert at the end... "For your free brochure, send $5 to... etc., etc., Utah." Homer then goes to the mall [in his state, we assume...] and enters a hair clinic where they sell the drug. If one needs to send away to Utah for a brochure, this seemingly is where the drug is available... and if it's available to Homer in his local mall.. you get my point. Any insults, and/or feedback would be appreciated.

The Hair Plaza, Hair City, Utah address is just a mail drop, a play on so many other direct marketers and mail drops in tiny towns.

I don't believe the Simpsons are supposed to be in any state, but if I'm wrong and they are, I don't think it would be Utah. They wouldn't miss the pot of gold of potential jokes that is the mormon population in Utah, which, I think, make up about 75% of people there.
