I don't think so.. unless i'm forgetting a clip show

1st Clip show had Homer in a coma (how sitcomy)- most of it took place in the Hospital.. no Aliens

2nd Clip Show was about romance. it took place in the Simpsons kitchen , no aliens (and I believe this was the show that was almost entirely reused animation)

3rd clip show was 138th episode spectacular which only had Troy Mclure (SP?) in it

4th Clip show was "all singing ,all Dancing" which was... all singing and dancing.. it had Snake and the Simpsons didn't leave the living room.

5th was Gump roast

I think the only other epsiode outside of THoH that had Kang and Kodos in it was "Behind the Laughter" (they had ballet tickests)
