Indeed. Seeing the pictures side-by-side really shows the attention to detail the show has in making these references.
The "Great Escape" reference in A Streetcar Named Marge should have been higher.
It's a good thing that they didn't use North By Northwest until halfway in, because you have to build up a LOT of credibility for me to keep reading an article about movies after you refer to the famed actor "Carrie Grant". Twice, no less.
A little representation of recent seasons would be nice. There are a couple from the movie, but nothing from the last several TV seasons. Granted, the recent seasons generally aren't the best, but there are still some classic movie moments, especially the homage to The Departed in The Debarted--the rat stands for the obviousness that that should have been included!
I was surprised they picked the particular 2001 reference that they picked and completely overlooked Deep Space Homer,
