7 Deadly Sins of The Simpsons

Ok, I read something about "The Seven Deadly Sins of Gilligan's Island" which is basically about how the characters of Gilligan's Island represent each of the deadly sins. They are as follows...

Pride- Professor Lust- Ginger Envy- Maryanne Greed- Mr. Howell Sloth- Mrs. Howell Gluttony & Anger- Skipper DEVIL- Gilligan (Always in red)

So what characters of The Simpsons would epitomize these sins. Please explain why.

Pride- Ned Flanders: You know he is proud of himself and his possessions. He always feels the need to rub it into Homer's face. Lust- Mrs. Krabappel: Whethet it's a member of Aerosmith or an elementary school principal, she uses lust to get what she wants. Envy- Principal Skinner: So envious of another man, he actually stole his identity. Greed- Mr. Burns: Tried to block the sun, all in the name of money. Sloth- Barney (early years) Spends all his time at Moe's. Gluttony- Homer: Intentionally gained weight to claim disability. Anger- Moe: A simple prank call by a child drives this guy nuts. DEVIL- Bart: Always in red?!

Wearing a red shirt doesn't make you Satan. The island, however, could be considered hell.

I'm sure they might be wrong. Those are the examples they gave at the website I went to.

In theory, Homer can represent them all. Pride: Remember when he showed off his house to Grimey? Lust: Dreaming about naked Maude Envy: Wanting an RV to spite Flanders Greed: He wants money, but he won't work for it. Can Greed and Sloth mix? Sloth: Always sleeping at work. No wonder Mr. Burns doesn't know his name. He was asleep inside a radiation suit! Gluttony: At the risk of stating the obvious, I won't go into detail. Anger: WHY YOU LITTLE!!!!!

And we all know that Flanders is the Devil. Not Bart. Bart's only the devil in the conformity-tub. Why does everyone envision the future as a big conformity?
