I wouldn't call it curse, I would say that it was a coincidence.
I'm sure all their causes of death are different. If it was a curse, they would all die the same.

The youngest guest that's died is probably Joe C., who died at 26 (and was chronically ill). I think the other youngest are Joey Ramone ("Have the Rolling Stones killed.") (49, cancer) and Phil Hartman (49, murdered).
The oldest guest that's died is Lawrence Tierney (Don Brodka, uh huh, that's right) who died at 83 (pneumonia) and was 76 when he appeared.
The oldest person to guest star, however, is still alive. Bob "Where the hell is Springfield?" Hope was 89 when he appeared, and is now 100.
