Anyone else see the Simpsons spoof on Robot Chicken on Adult Swim? It was kinda funny. In case you haven't seen the show before, it consists of a bunch of short jokes and spoofs (surely to fit the program's 15 miniute time-slot) performed with model toys, action figures, and claymation type animation.

Pat O'Brien: Tired of their liberal shenanigans, Fox owner Rupert Murdoch fired Simpsons creator Matt Groening and promises same show, brand new attitude this season.

*Homer is at the Kwik-E-Mart with Apu.*
Homer: Morning Apu. One order of freedom fries, please.
Apu: Oh, for the love of my heathen god! They're called french fries, you fat supid American!
*Suddenly, an armed team in black, wielding guns, busts in through the front door*
Officer: Department of Homeland Security! Don't move!
Apu: What?
*An officer pistol whips Apu and all officers surround Apu.*
*Cut to OFF (sans Maggie) plus Grampa, Patty and Selma around a BBQ grill in OFF's backyard.*
All: Happy Birthday America!
Marge (to Homer): I hope Apu has learned his lesson.
*Cut to Apu, naked, with a chain around his neck.*
Apu: I am so sorry I ever dared question the wisdom and strength of the United States of America.
*Zoom out to reveal a jail, with PFC Lindy Englund (smoking a cigarette) holding Apu's chain Abu Gharib style, with Apu's privates blurred out.*
Englund: Damn straight! Yee-haw!

Homer appeared to be voiced by Seth Green, who is the voice of Chris on Family Guy. He did a decent job, although I never would have imagined Seth Green taking a shot at Homer's voice. This is probably the closest to a Simpsons/Family Guy cross-over we'll ever see. Somewhere, Matt Groening just got a shiver down his spine.
