episode question

was there ever an episode that saddam hussein was in? I know Hitler was, but was saddam?

Wasn't it the one where Krusty meets his daughter? The mother was about to shoot Hussein, and Krustry distracts her. (If it's not Hussein, it was some other middle East dictator.)

The Hitler appearance is very similar. It's the Flying Hellfish one, and someone (I think Grampa Simpson) is about to shoot Hitler, when Private Burns throws a rock at Gramps, making him miss.

Yes, that was the Hussein one. Also when the Simpsons go to Australia, Bart calls a guy who looks very similar to Hitler and one guy salutes him as Hitler.

Hitler (and Mussolini and Goring) appeared in one of Grandpa's fantasies in another episode (I don't remember the title). He has to dress like a cabaret girl to lure Hitler, but one of the melons that he used to stuff his bra falls out onto the stage. This causes Hitler, who until then was smitten with Grandpa, to exclaim, "Das booby ein melon!" or something like that.

I think the funniest part of that scene is that when Grampa has Hitler lined up in his crosshairs, he says something like, "they won't be saving your brain, Hitler."

Had Burns not distracted Abe, we would never have been able to experience the exquisite joy of watching "They Saved Hitler's Brain."

He might have been in the music video from New Kids On The Blech ("Your love is as evil as Saddam, that's why I gotta drop the bomb."), although if it was him (and not a random group of terrorists), it would have been an actor...not the "real" Saddam.
