I just finished watching a re-run of the Funzo episode - Grift of the Magi, and was wondering if anyone else felt this was a continuity goof...
Why on earth would the children of Springfield Elementary help Principal Skinner with a play to coax Mr. Burns to donate money for the school when in the previous scene they were all cheering the closure of it? The play's plot (and rather obvious message) would have clearly shown what they were trying to do...
Does this seem strange to anyone else? ;-)
