7:00pm - Trash of the Titans (Syndicated Version/Local Broadcast) 7:30pm - Lard of the Dance (Syndicated Version/Local Broadcast) 8:00pm - Hungry Hungry Homer (FOX Network Broadcast) 9:00pm - The Worst Episode Ever (FOX Network Broadcast)

This is the same each week and there on prime slots (6pm - 8pm)
AND when schools are on holiday... we get an extra episode each morning!!!
This also doesn't include the ocassional bank holiday special extra when we can have as much as 8 hours !!!
