WHO IS BENEVAN STANTIANO???

Ok, I'm looking for any and all info on a character named Benevan Stantiano. To my knowledge, he never actually appears in person. His only mention is by Marge when she is on the phone with him. I can't recall what they are talking about, but at the end of the conversation, Marge says: "Thanks Benevan Stantiano!" That's all I know. I need to know what episode this is from and also if anyone knows who the heck this guy is. Thanks
