Under references, the capsule has:

   + "Goldeneye"
      - the principal female villain kills an opponent by squeezing
        his neck between her legs, just like Xenia Onnatop

I've never seen *Goldeneye*, but this looks to me like a reference to Pris's attack on Deckard in *Blade Runner*.

It could be both; I've never seen Blade Runner, but as Goldeneye was a Bond movie - and the most recent one when this episode aired - I'd bet dollars to donuts they weren't not thinking about Xenia, even if it's a closer reference to something else.
