Identify Simpsons Character Taking on the Phone in FABF05

I have identified most of the characters gossiping about Marge in the picture at http://zansstuff.com/images/simpsonsphonenames.jpg

Can anyone fill in the blanks (or correct mistakes)?

Second to last column, second to last row: I believe the "Sea Captain" is named Captain Chester. Perhaps someone else could confirm.

Second from the top, second from the right: It looks sort of like Marge's mother, but don't hold me to that.

The fellow in the bottom right looks like Homer's mechanic, who I don't believe is named. He happens to sound like the fellow who flipped the switch on the Krusty doll from Evil to Good.

Bottom right guy to me looks like the cynical middel aged man who is in a lot of episodes. One scene that pops into my mind is when he told fat Homer at the theater "Hey fatty, here's a movie for ya, 'A Fridge Too Far!'"

Third row fourth column is Scott Christian...how quickly we forget... Fourth row third column I think is Ruth Powers I don't think that's Gil - hard to make out here but I'd guess someone from the retirement castle Under Gil might be the historian from 4F15, but that's just from memory... Bottom row: Sam the barfly, Mr. Prince...the last three *look* like Bill or Marty, Wolfcastle (sort of), and Sarcastic Middle-Aged Man.

Okay, the person labeled Lunchlady Doris, who is clearly a man, is Eddie Muntz, Nelson's dad. Just go watch Brother From the Same Planet or Bart Star, and you'll see it's him. Not Red Barclay. Sure as hell not Lunchlady Doris.

Also, Bill/Marty's hair color shouldn't be a factor, seing as that one (3rd to last, bottom row) was black in Bart Gets an Elephant and in no other episode. So hair color changing is all together possible. It's either him or Arnie Pie.

And the 2nd to last one, bottom row, is not Wolfcastle, it's Eddie the Cop OR Larry the barfly. But judging by the eyes, I'd say Eddie.
