I'm trying to work with the local police department on an issue regarding credit cards. As I recall, there used to be a newsgroup where people would meet to trade these cards. I see it is no longer available. Does anyone know that it did exist at one time? If so, could you PLEASE inform me how to prove that? Your help is VERY much appreciated.
