we have now witnessed the return

this may be an overstatement, but this season (since jean came in) has improved miles above anything I've seen since season 7 or maybe even 3(?). 'Half Decent Proposal' assured me of it. Last season they would have ruined Arties comeback liek they did Sideshow Bobs comeback. does anyone here agree with me at all? theres so many more opinions i'd liek to express, but do not have time right now. heh. commence replies.
