What's the name of Sideshow Mel's manager when he works at the Gulp N'Blow. Is it another pimply-faced teen or is he a normal guy?

The pimply-faced teen was a coworker there. He dropped the taco in the fryer and tried to get it out with his hand.

Mel's manager was an older guy who came along and asked "Is this clown giving you a hard time?". I forget his name, and it's not in the fan-script on snpp.com.
