I just had a HUGE epiphany... In "Burns' Heir", when Mr. Burns fires Lenny, he calls him Leonard. Is it possible his name is Lenny Leonard? After all, wouldn't Burns refer to an employee by his last name? Carl Carlson, Lenny Leonard!
