Anybody else ever notice in the beginning of this episode where Lisa makes the cupcakes, she calls Miss Hoover "Mrs. Hoover"?

Also, in "Bart the General", when Lisa shows the cupcakes to Janey (just before the bully takes the box), Janey is an entirely different character from the one we're used to (it's not just that she's white).

Smithers was black in ONE episode because of a production gaffe.

Oddly, didn't Smithers also had blue hair as well (from "There's no Disgrace from Home"). Always gets me how that would change by the time we see him again in "Tell-Tale Heart" and/or "Homer's Night Out." Though I haven't seen these episodes in a good while (Mr. Burns never really took it off that season as he would later on).
