Simpsons Episode Archive server

Does anyone know of an ftp server with all (or many) episodes of the simpsons ?

If not, i would gladly start a server like that on my 10Mbit connection

Do you mean for videos of the Simpsons? Fox would shut you down in an instant. At any rate, I've read in this newsgroup that you can pretty much find all the episodes on the p2p networks.

no, not nearly all of them - at least not in gnutella or kazaa. there are a lot of them - i've gotten 30 or something - but it's hard to find good episodes in good resolution. and then it takes a while to download, there's usually a bit of a queue line.

maybe if there's a concerted effort to put good quality versions of seasons 3&4 on the 'net then fox would get off its ass and issue the DVDs.
