I just saw Beyond Blunderdome again (Mel Gibson episode) and at the end when we see the dog sitting in front of the cinema, shifting it's eye's like Homer wanted in the movie. Is this a reference to Homers line "We should have put the dog with the shifting eyes in it" after the crowd comes out of the cinema, grumbling about the new version of the movie?
