Yes, they can. In fact there is some amazing footage of Great Whites jumping entirely out of the ocean that was shown on the Discovery Channel's Shark Week program last year. Very cool to see a full grown Great White jump out of the ocean.

Basically any critter can jump out of the ocean if sufficiently motivated. Recall in "Free Willy" even a big fat killer whale can jump clear over a little boy. (Of course in the director's cut, it landed on top of the kid, but hey.)
