Review Only:
I really do not understand what the thought process was in the making of this episode. There were some cute gags (Marge's thinking by the Koi pond, Burns covering for Homer at SNPP, etc.) but there was no subplot and the actual plot (term used loosely) dragged on at a pace that season 1 could not even compete (at least the show was new and fresh 12 years ago!). Either way, I still have to say that the "Simpsons" is still the best thing on TV today after 13 years. After "King of The Hill" and "Futurama". And the "Sopranos". And "Space Ghost"... And don't get me started on Georgia Tech or University of Tennessee football. But they are definitely in the top ten I can guarantee you that. Ok, even though they will never be the show I grew up with I can promise that I will keep on watching (and probably complaining how bad it has gotten since season 11 or something silly like that).
As much as part of me knows that the show should probably come to an end, at this point I would prefer to watch bad new ones than no new ones. :-) Keep up the bad plots! We are almost up to my ideal number of episodes (365 in about 2 seasons) so we can have a new episode every day in syndication!
