A distinct improvement over the season's earlier episodes. Nice to see Homer be a little dumb without being repellently stupid, a few very good sight gags ("TOYS 'L' US") and it's always good to see Burns' character fleshed out. Wish they'd developed the whole fortune-cookie subplot further into the storyline, though.
