Some odd choices there, but most I'd agree with. "The City of New York...?" That was okay, but harldy in the top group. Same with "Itchy and Scratchy and Poochie" But what's the Spin off showcase doing here??

Certainly not a great one, but there have been plenty worse.

The only problem i have with their picks is their worse episode pick. Isn't it unanimous in the world of simpsons watchers that "the principal and the pauper" is the worst episode ever? is it just me or was this ep never show in reruns? lets hope this is intentinal. even though continuity and all that doesn't really exist unless the writers want it to, this episode was just anoyying since it totally killed all of seymour's 'nam flashbacks.

Oh, puh-leese! Fake Seymour is worse in your mind than sing/dance clip shows (or clip shows in general), PBS pranks, dead alligators, dead maude (though they didn't have much of a choice), diamond-hoarding chimp researchers *and* (worst of all) jockey elves?

I find that very difficult to believe...

It's just you. I've seen it tons of times in reruns in Chicago. It ain't great, but at least a dozen or so episodes are worse.

It seems pretty clear to me that the clip show on the theme of "Love" is guilty of being the absolute worst episode of all time. Even as a clipshow it sucked - other clip shows at least had a moment or two of new and funny footage, but there is absolutely nothing redeeming about this particular lemon.

At least the Principal and the Pauper had the line, "Up yours, children!" that was at the very least worthy of a smile - this beats the "Love" clip show hands-down any way you look at it.
