How many characters have said...

Anyone have a guess as to how many characters have said "Excellent" in Burns style? And as a sub-group, how many also did the finger roll thing. I don't know. The thought just came to me the other day.

Well I know Lisa says it in some episode and Snake's ex (who was dating Burns at the time) also says it. Dont know how many others
