Picture of Jerry/Jason in Bob's Office

Did anyone keep noticing the picture on the wall? they kept showing it at least three times when Bob Patterson and his assistant were in/out the door. I wonder if there will be other subtle/not so subtle references. How about his "son" from Brooklyn?
