Carol Leiffer plot rip-off of Seinfeld

     Quickly turned her on during a break in the baseball game. Does this sound
 familiar - her father was running for president of his condo association (or
 something identical to this.) It gets better - his opponent was a grouchy old
 Jewish man (played by Norm Crosby) who looked like Jack Klompas (sp?), Sounded
 EXACTLY like Jack Klompas, and, when asked why he wore the same shirt
 everyday, gave Jack Klompas's dismissive "Ahhhhhhh."
     Perhaps some copyright litigation is what Carol needs for the show to get
 attention. (Although it's really not too bad, including a great line probably
 wasted on a WB audience - Carol's mom, when watching her daughter play
 mah-jong - "It's just like that movie, `Waiting for Eddie Fisher.'"

Carol Leifer used to be a Seinfeld writer, which explains some of the similarities in her show.

And Jack Klompus talks and acts EXACTLY like a million elderly men living in condos across Florida. Norm Crosby's character was so much like Klompus because Klompus is so much like the reality.

My grandfather's been using the "Ahhhhhhh" with the dismissive hand-wave for as long as I can remember; much longer than Seinfeld's been on. Go figure.
