Kramer the hustler

I saw 'Kramer' in an old Hill Street Blues episode a couple of days ago. He was some sort of hustler that tricked old people for money. The weird thing is that he actually got caught, that's very unlike the Kramer I know :)

Hmmm...Maybe he got caught was because he WASN'T the Kramer you know...he is not Kramer in every part he played!
