It's A.J. Langer, who was on MY So Called Life as Claire Danes best friend. She was great in that... and I think she was in the first couple episodes of Brooklyn South.

A.J. Langer used to be on the show, "My So-Called Life." I can't remember her character name, just that she played a super rebelious teenage friend of the main character (Claire Daines).
She also has a small part on the CBS show, Brooklyn South, playing the sister of one of the police officers, Terry Doyle.
