Not impossible, but, pretty doubtful. He's so busy...I couldn't imagine. That would be way awesome though.
I noticed that too, on the calander. It is possible that NBC contracted with Tom's to only film the outside of his restaurant for the est. shot and not use his name....I know that they paid the "Cheers" bar $1 a year to shoot it's exterior (although--I don't know about the namesake).... but possibly Tom's name isn't in the contract--who knows. Also, " Monk's" sounds funnier than Tom's.

While I have my doubts that anyone on the show reads this group, I would think it pretty likely that at least one person related to the show has found out about this group. I don't think it inconceivable that one of the writers has taken at least a peek.
However, to those that look to Superman references as proof that Jerry reads this group: I'm pretty sure that the original phrase "Do you think that Superman is the master of his domain?" was conceived because the readers of this group already knew that Jerry has some sort of Superman fetish.
As well, it would be pretty risky for the writers to make a direct hint that they read this group, since then every time an episode contained something similar to a suggestion here, lawsuits could ensue. (Although I'm sure that copyrite laws would cover that - I just think that there would be contraversy)

It bothered me when they made a reference to "master of his domain" in another episode; it seemed far too cute. Also, they mention Superman anyway, as the Dan mentioned above. I think a better idea would be something very obscure, like using a particular actor, or having Kramer wearing a Milwaukee Brewers cap for no apparent reason, or George wearing a particular shirt...
