does anyone know if there is something wrong with jerry's neck i.e. he seems to turn his whole body rather than move his neck.

Jerry seems to have a lot of weird gestures. Everybody does if you notice that.

Indeed their is something wrong with Jerry's neck. When he was a child he fell on his head while pretending to be superman (or spiderman, forget which) and it caused damage to his neck that has restricted its movement ever since.

I thought his neck injury was from doing "the move" on a bed without a headboard? :-)
