I think it's pretty funny that they did a joke about being in someone's house, trying to use a pool table only to have the walls get in the way of a shot. I have been in that situation many times.
The pool cues that Kramer and Frank are using look like the kind that can be unscrewed in the middle.

If I had one of those cues and the wall was in the way; I would unscrew the cue - having half a cue, the wall woouldn't get in the way.
I know it would ruin the joke if they did that; just an observation.
