Reflections on the Seinfeld Finale

At first when I saw it I thought the ending monlogue was a low point for Jerry. But when I saw it syndication, it was actually pretty funny... The part I disliked most in the final episode was Kramer trying to get the sand out of his ear throughout it. It seemed so fakey and didn't have the pizzaz of Kramerian (I just made that up) physical comedy. Elaine also seemed harsher and mroe sarcastic than usual. What happened to the fun-loving Elaine of the past... I didn't like the beginning of the episode as much as the end... and then sure are many better Seinfeld episodes.
