I just saw the "Puffy Shirt" episode and just thought this was very funny. Both Jerry and Kramer (when interrogated by LA cops) when they go into this childish whine, remind me of Art Carney on the Honeymooners when he has to receive a sodium-pentathol shot. Art Carney is immitating Stan Laurel who did a very fine whimper whine.

Very funny part. Even better was George's reaction when Kramer and Jerry dropped him off at his parents' house. Sort of reminds you of the time Jerry called Elaine while she was working for Mr. Pitt. How she wimpers that she can't come out and play kills me.
