George dated an Asian woman--Cheryl Fong, cousin of Ping--in "The Visa." Cheryl ended up falling for Jerry because she thought he was "dark and disturbed" (very perceptive!) but they never officially dated.

Peter Raman (Indian, went out with Elaine before changing his name to Pinter and marrying Sue Ellen Mitschky)

Donna Chang (not Asian, but Jerry only went out with her because he thought she was)

Technically, "gook" refers only to Koreans. Chinese are usually characterized as "chinks." East Asians generally are known as either "slants" or "the yellow peril." And Donna Chang was Jewish.
