How would I put this... what do you think - what is the strangest/funniest single issue, that has been brought up. Not as a running gag of the whole episode, but more as a single statement made in a sentence or shown in a scene.
My favourite is the reason Kramer wants to use Jerrys VCR : "beacuse I am taping the Canadian parliament." Or then the "Canadian parliament" is a sitcom of which no-one has heard over this side of the Atlantic Ocean...

I liked one of the reasons Kramer gave for needing a strongbox... taxidermy that had been in his family for generations. I still can't believe they cut that line from syndication.
If you ever watched the actual Canadian Parliament, then you would agree that it is laughable. :-)
There is no mistake, the Canadian Parliament is shown almost every day on television, when its in session.
My own suggestion would have to be that 95% of people are UNDATABLE!

I like the shinkage thing. It never occurred to me that some women didn't know about shinkage. I would have thought that that discovery would have been made the first night spent with a man. It seems to me that a woman that didn't know is not the kind of woman a man wants to spend much time with.
I like the out of the blue stuff which someone suddenly says.
E.g.
"You know I'm thinking of getting a yo-yo".
"It's like a sauna in here." (I'm still trying to work this out but I laugh nontheless).

That's like a standard "NY Jew" comment when it's too hot outside. My mom's been saying it for years. Long before "Seinfeld" ever aired.
It was funny both because it was Kramer who said it, and because he was actually in a sauna when he said it.
